Day 169: daily sf

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to place my trust in external sources, instead of placing trust in me.

I noticed how external events and situations can toggle my focus, mood, and attention, and going into feeling dis-empowered.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to let external events and situations dis-empower me, instead of staying focused here and grounding myself here in the physical activities at hand.

Whenever my shoulders drop, its a sign I have wondered off into some mood, and at the edge of feeling dis-empowered.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not be aware of my dropped shoulders, not be aware of my physical. In this I see/realize and understand, how I can assist myself to straighten up, keep the shoulders up, not giving into that ‘giving up’ like lethargic depressive physical posture.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to subtly give up.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to very subtly give into depression and desperation.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to very subtly give up and give into a mood.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give up on taking self-responsibility.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give into self-pity.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have trust and faith in external sources, external positive sources, instead of standing within myself as the source, as the authority of myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see/realize little things like dropped shoulders are great points to catch myself wondering, and correct myself in the moment, and to bring awareness to the physical body. All drama is in the mind, so giving myself physical attention is a way to cut the mind drama. All support is here as physical, I realize I just to have to be in tune with the body, the physical, and not get all lost in the riding waves of the mind-emotions.
